[目的]寻求同步反硝化产甲烷工艺的快速启动方法,并观察启动后同步反硝化产甲烷的稳定运行特征。[方法]利用自制的上向流厌氧污泥床-生物膜复合反应器(up-flow anaerobic sludge bed-filter,简称UBF)处理高碳氮比垃圾渗滤液,选择好氧预挂膜-厌氧驯化联合方式对反应器实施启动,最终实现同步反硝化产甲烷功能。[结果]整个启动过程历时42d,下部污泥床的污泥浓度约为9.5g·L^-1,上部填料床的挂膜量达5.2g·g-1填料;高碳氮比下反应器的处理效果十分稳定,CODCr、NO3--N、NH4+-N和TN的总去除率分别为88.83%、99.95%、70.97%、82.80%,污染物降解效率较高;生物气日产量约7.2~8.9L,所含气体成分较为稳定,CH4、CO2、H2和含氮气体的平均含量比例分别为54.41%、44.09%、0.58%、0.92%。[结论]利用好氧预挂膜-厌氧驯化的启动方式,可以对UBF反应器快速实现同步反硝化产甲烷功能,并获得稳定且良好的运行效果。
[Objective]In this paper,it was the research purpose that seeking the rapid startmethod of simultaneous denitrification and methanogenesis(SDM)process and observing stable operation characteristics of SDM after start-up.[Methods]The up-flow anaerobic sludge bed-filter(UBF)was used for treating landfill leachate with high C/N,and the associated way of aerobic precoating-anaerobic acclimation was selected to implement start process,which achieved SDM function in the UBF reactor finally.[Results]The whole start-up process lasted for 42 d,the sludge concentration was about 9.5g·L^-1 in the sludge bed,and the amount of biofilm was 5.2g·g-1 filler in packed bed;Under high C/N the treatment effect of UBF reactor was very stable,and total removal rates of CODCr,NO3--N,NH4+-N and TN were 88.83%,99.95%,70.97%and 82.80%respectively and substrate degrading efficiencies were higher;The daily production of biogas was about 7.2~8.9Land the composition of biogas was stable,and average content ratios of CH4、CO2、H2and nitrogen gas were 54.41%,44.09%,0.58% and 0.92% respectively.[Conclusion]Therefore,for the UBF reactor,the associated way of aerobic precoating-sludge anaerobic acclimation could be used for the fast achievement of SDM function,and the stable and good operation effect was acquired.
