采用图像数字化处理技术来反映混凝土内部的砂浆、骨料的分布情况,根据生成的数字图像文件,结合数值分析方法,基于Comsol耦合分析程序,可以得到混凝土材料的非稳定渗流过程.数值分析结果表明,该方法是可行且有效的,能反映混凝土非均质材料的真实物理过程.
Digital image processing technology was employed to identify the distribution of mortar and aggregate in concrete. Based on the generated digital images and combined with numerical analysis, the unsteady flow processes in concrete could be traced using the Comsol coupled program. The numerical results show that the present method is feasible and effective and can depict the actual processes of heterogeneous materials such as concrete.
