研究了采用高能球磨工艺与热压烧结方法制备的TiAl/ZrO2陶瓷基复合材料的工艺条件、力学性能和微观结构。结果表明:TiAl质量分数为40%时,材料的致密度、维氏硬度、室温抗弯强度、断裂韧性分别达99%、13.7GPa、261.2MPa、3.2MPa·m1/2。大量穿晶断裂导致复合材料韧性较低。
ATiA1/ZrOzceramic matrix composites were fabricated by high energy mill and hot--pressing sintering. The prepared conditions, mechanical properties and microstructure were also investigated. Results show that when TiA1 content is 40wt%, the relative density, room flexural strength, fracture toughness and HV hardness reach 99%, 13.7GPa, 261Mpaand 3.21Mpa ml/Zrespectively. The reduc- tion of fracture toughness results from large amount of transgranular fracture.
