目的:研究麻黄多糖的发汗、止咳与利尿活性.方法:采用氨水引咳法、着色法与滤纸法检测比较未给药的对照组小白鼠和给予麻黄多糖的实验组小白鼠的镇咳率、发汗点数和排尿量.结果:高剂量(132mg/kg)与低剂量麻黄多糖(66mg/kg)的发汗、止咳作用均显著优于蒸馏水,但利尿作用低于蒸馏水.结论:麻黄多糖具有发汗与止咳功效,是麻黄的重要有效成分.
Objective: Study on the diaphoresis, antitussive and diuresis activity of polysaccharide from F.phedra sinica Stapf. Methods:Ammonia water induced cough model, mice colouring method, and filter paper method were used to detect the cough re lieving rate, sweating colouring points and urine output. Results: The polysaceharide high (132mg/kg) or low (66mg/kg) dose group had higher activity of diaphoresis and antitussive than the distilled water negative control group, but had lower diuresis activity than the distilled water negative control group. Conclusion:The polysaccharide has the activity of diaphoresis and antitussive, and is a part of effective components of Ephedra sinica Stapf.
