以不同叶龄虎杖叶为材料,研究了不同剂量紫外线(UV-C)和10mmol/L水杨酸(SA)处理对叶中白藜芦醇和虎杖苷含量的影响。结果显示:2.4kJ/m^2 UV-C照射并经暗处理36h后可使虎杖嫩叶中白藜芦醇含量增加近1倍,暗处理24h后虎杖苷含量提高了30%以上,但是老叶中两者含量没有显著变化。SA处理48h后,嫩叶中白藜芦醇的含量提高约5倍,同时虎杖苷的含量下降了60%并且伴随着一个新成分的产生;老叶中白藜芦醇提高约2倍,虎杖苷的含量则没有显著变化。研究表明SA和UV-C对不同叶龄的虎杖叶片中白藜芦醇和虎杖苷合成均有诱导作用,且嫩叶比老叶表现得更为明显。
The effects of UV light (UV-C) and salicylic acid (SA) on resveratrol and polydatin induction in different age leaves of Reynoutria japonica were studied by determining their contents using HPLC. The results showed that UV-C could induce accumulation of resveratrol and polydatin in young leaves,the content of resveratrol increased 1 times, polydatin increased more than 30%. After 48 h treatment with 10 mmol/L SA,a considerable increase of resveratrol was found in both young and mature leaves comparing to the control one. The content of resveratrol in mature leaves increased 2 times,hut polydatin content had no change. The content of resveratrol in young leaves increased 5 times, but the polydatin content decreased 60%. At same time,a new constituent was found in young leaves. This result indicated that UV-C and SA could induce the resveratrol and polydatin accumulate in both young and mature leaves,hut the young leaves were more prominence than old leaves.
