Objective:To compare the influence of 3clinical common nursing dressing methods including physiological saline,4% boric acid solution, and 0.5%iodophor+3%hydrogen peroxide on wound healing in diabetic mice and normal mice,so as to explore the most suitable nursing dressing changes for diabetic refractory wound. Methods:A total of30 male C57BL/6Jmouse at age of 8weeks were taken and divided into diabetic group and control group,15 cases in each. The streptozotocin(STZ induced)was placed on the back of diabetic mouse to make 3equal sized full-thickness skin wounds in them, and then the normal saline(A treatment),4%boric acid solution(B treatment)and 0.5%iodophor+3%hydrogen peroxide solution(C treatment)were used respectively for dressing changes of three wounds once a day.The wound scab and infection were recorded and the wound healing rate was calculated. Results:At the same time point,in A treatment wound healing rate of diabetic mice in diabetic group was significantly lower than that in control group;there was not statistically significant difference in wound healing rate of control group mouse among 3different dressing treatment(P〈0.05);the wound healing rate in diabetic mouse using B treatment was significantly higher than that of A and C treatments(P〈0.05).Conclusion:3kinds of dressing changes applied for wounds in normal mice have no significant influence on wound healing rate;boric acid solution used for wounds dressing changes in diabetic mice is more conducive to wound healing compared with other dressing changes.
