通过现场实验(1,2和2.5a)和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)测试,并结合腐蚀形貌宏观观察,SEM,XRD及失重法对纯Cu在北京土壤环境中的腐蚀行为及机理进行了研究。结果表明:现场埋样1,2和2.5a的纯Cu的腐蚀特征均为非均匀的全面腐蚀,腐蚀程度较轻微。随埋样时间的延长,纯Cu的腐蚀速率近乎呈线性关系减小,岛屿状腐蚀产物中的空隙等缺陷减少,其致密性有所改善。腐蚀产物均主要由Cu2(CO3)(0H)2,CuO·3H2O和CuCl组成。
The corrosion behavior of pure copper in Beijing soil environment was investigated by burying test in nature field for 1, 2 and 2.5 a, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS), macro- morphology, SEM, XRD and weight-loss method. The results showed that nonuniform general cor- rosion occurred mainly on the pure copper in Beijing soil, with the slight corrosion. The corrosion rate of pure copper nearly decreased linearly with the increase of burying time, while the defects in island-like corrosion product reduced, and the compactness of the corrosion product improved. The corrosion products mainly consisted of Cu2(CO3)(OH)2, CuO. 3H20 and CuC1.
