We theoretically discussed the synchronization sample gate time determination by considering the optimal Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) where the background showed time-uniformity distribution. Computer-based virtual sampling with the appropriate gate time decided for the singlemolecular photons timestamps was processed. In this way, the effect from background was greatly reduced, and the photon statistics distribution was analyzed efficiently.
