Partner selection is the key point to build port supply chain.In this paper,a new partner selecting method combined with analytic hierarchy process（AHP） and data envelopment analysis（DEA） is put forward.This new method owns both the advantages of AHP and DEA.Illustrations prove the effectiveness of the method,and the solutions are appropriate to alternatives for the decision-makers.It is shown that the new method is very effective to select the exact partner in the port supply chain,and ensure the running of the port supply chain.
