将具有天然纳米管结构的埃洛石应用于聚丙烯(PP)改性,通过与白炭黑配合使用制备了性能优良的埃洛石/白炭黑并用填料增强的PP复合材料,研究了复合材料结构和性能。结果表明,在适宜的填料配比下,并用填料可以使复合材料的弯曲模量、弯曲强度显著增加,拉伸强度和冲击强度基本保持。FTIR证明埃洛石和二氧化硅之间存在氢键作用,动态流变(RDA)表明:并用填料使复合材料的储能模量和损耗模量提高。结果表明,并用填料体系的力学性能的提高可能是由于两种填料通过氢键作用形成了无机填料网络。白炭黑的加入提高了体系的结晶温度。扫描电镜(SEM)分析显示,埃洛石与白炭黑能相互促进分散。
Naturally occurred halloysite nano-tubes (HNTs) with lumen structure were used for the modification of PP. By compounding with silica and using as additives, PP/HNTs/SiO_2 composites with promising mechanical property were obtained. The structure and property of the PP Composites were investigated. The results showed at appropriate weight ratio of silica and HNTs, the bending modulus and bending strength of the composite in- creased remarkably without the sacrifice of tensile strength and impact strength. FTIR spectra showed hydrogen bonding between silica and halloysite existed, and RDA proved the storage modulus and loss modulus increased with the addition of the compounded additives, all of which showed the upgrade of the mechanical properties of the com- posite was owing to the existence of the inorganic hybrid network structure by the hydrogen bonding. The addition of silica made the crystallization temperature of the composite ruse. SEM suggested that the silica could promote the dispersion of hallovsite.
