胶乳-悬浮液共沉法制备天然橡胶/埃洛石纳米管复合材料的结构与性能

本文利用天然橡胶(NR)胶乳和埃洛石纳米管(Halloysite Nanotubes,HNTs)悬浮液的负电稳定性,采用胶乳一悬浮液共沉的方法制备了NR/HNTS纳米复合材料,并对该材料的硫化特性、力学性能、动态力学性能以及微观结构进行了研究。结果表明,HNTs可促进硫化反应,随HNTS含量增加,焦烧期和正硫化时间缩短。HNTS在复合材料中的分散极佳,基本呈单管分散状态。随着HNTs含量增加,纳米复合材料的模量和硬度明显上升,断裂伸长率有所下降,撕裂强度和拉伸强度分别在10~20phr时出现一个最大值。随着HNTS含量的增加,纳米复合材料的玻璃化转变温度略有增加,转变区的损耗值明显下降。

Natural rubber (NR)/ halloysite nanotubes (HNTs) nanocomposites were prepared by coagulating the mixture of NR latex and HNTs suspension. The curing characteristics, mechanical properties and morphology of the resulted nanocomposites were investigated. The results indicated that HNTs accelerated the vulcanization. The dispersion of the nanocomposites was found to be very uniform and HNTs were individually dispersed. The NR/HNTs nanocomposites showed remarkably increased mechanical properties compared with those of the neat NR. With increasing the content of HNTs, the glass transition temperature of the composites was slightly increased and the loss at the transition was substantially decreased.
