基于罗丹明螺内酰胺在金属离子诱导下发生开环的机理,以罗丹明B和乙二胺缩合反应得到一种罗丹明酰乙二胺类探针分子Rb EA。通过紫外光谱法和荧光光谱法研究了探针Rb EA在乙醇-Tris缓冲溶液中与金属离子的识别特性。结果表明探针Rb EA可选择性比色和荧光识别汞离子,体系的吸收和荧光强度与汞离子浓度具有较好的线性关系,等物质的量连续变化法实验显示探针与汞离子形成1:1的配合物。
Based on the metal ion induced rhodamnine spirolactam ring opening mechanism,the rhodamine fluores-cent probe RbEA have been synthesized by the condensation reaction of rhodamine B and Ethylenediamine. The recognition properties of RbEA with metal ions had been investigated in EtOH-Tris solution by fluorescence and UV-vis spectrophotometry. The results showed that the probe RbEA exhibits highly selectivity to Hg2+with colori-metric and fluorogenic responses. There was a good linear relationship between the absorbance and fluorescence in-tensity of RbEA and the concentration of Hg2+. The job's analysis indicated a 1:1 ligand-Hg2+complex was formed.
