针对燃烧室新型迷宫复合冷却结构,以Fluent商业软件为计算平台,采用数值模拟方法研究了该冷却结构外侧壁面上冷却孔开孔角度分别为-60°、-30°、+30°、+60°时内外壁温的分布情况,获得了其壁温及冷却效率的分布规律。研究表明,开孔角度为+30°时冷却效率最高。计算结果对于迷宫复合冷却结构的设计和冷却性能试验研究都具有一定的理论指导意义。
In order to obtain the wall temperature and cooling efficiency distribution characteristics of maze composition structures in combustors with blowing angles of -60°, -30°, +30°, +60°, 0° respectively, the paper uses a two-dimensional numerical simulation method and commercial software of FLUENT. The simulation results provide theoretical basis for the design of maze composition structures and for the experimental investigation of cooling performance, showing that cooling efficiency is the best when the blowing angle is 30°.
