在全面研究液压集成块设计与加工方法的基础上,提出了集成块CAD/CAM系统的总体结构,并建立了基于层次结构的工程数据库系统。针对集成块CAD子系统,提出了科学合理的优化数学模型,并运用混合优化策略,实现了液压集成块布局布孔集成方案的优化设计;以CAD优化设计结果数据为基础,阐述了开发集成块CAM子系统所采用的一些关键技术。通过CAD与CAM间的紧密集成,实现了集成块设计与制造的一体化。
Based on the research into design and machining methods of hydraulic manifold blocks, the overall structure is presented and the hiberarchy-based engineering data base system is established. Aiming at the problem's optimizing model from CAD subsystem, the scientific and reasonable optimizing model is presented. Using the hybrid optimizing strategies, integrated layout and connection design of hydraulic manifold blocks can be automatically optimized. On the basis of the optimizing result data of CAD, special attention is given to some key technologies on developing CAM subsystem. It is the tight integration between CAD and CAM and the design and manufacturing of hydraulic manifold blocks are integrated effectively.
