目前产品视觉检测系统普遍存在工人劳动强度大,产品易污损,检测效率难以提高等问题。在对该类系统进行功能分析的基础上,采用TRIZ理论中裁剪方法去除检测系统内部冗余和有害元件,消除了通过在原有系统中加入修正模块解决问题的思想局限性,并进一步利用创新软件知识库工具确定了利用多点触摸屏计算机实现信息处理、判断、执行和显示功能,XY直线单元组成的二维平台代替人手执行改变相机位置功能的创新设计方案。该设计结合“镜动物不动”的设计思路和“图片浏览式”的检测方式,为工业产品视觉检测系统研究提供了新思路和新途径。
The problem of labor-intensive, easy-fouling and difficult to improve the detection efficiency are generally existed in products visual inspection system. This paper utilized the trimming method in TRIZ theory on the base of system function analysis to remove the redundant and harmful component in the inspection system and eliminate the limitation of traditional way by joining correction module to solve the problem in original system. Acquired the innovative solution by utilizing muhi-touch screen computer to achieve information-processing, judging, executing and functions-displaying, and using XY linear units to replace manpower to change the camera location by using of innovative software knowledge base tool. This design proposed a new method for the research of industrial products vision inspection system by combined "moving microscope while holding object" and "picture view" methods.
