由于需求的变化和技术的发展,长期不变的产品平台就会成为提高衍生产品质量和竞争力的障碍,因此,平台需要适时进化。本文简述了产品平台进化的种类和过程,并基于发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)对平台生命周期和平台进化时机与种类的选择进行了研究,把TRIZ理论中技术系统进化定律、冲突解决理论和效应等创新工具应用到平台进化中,提出了基于TRIZ理论的具有可操作性的具体的产品平台进化方法。最后以联合收割机风机平台为例,验证了该方法的可行性。
Due to the change of demand and the development of technology, the long-term constant product platform will become a barrier to improve the quality and competitiveness of derivative products. Therefore, the platform needs to be evolved in due time. In this paper, the product platform evolution type and process are sketched, and platform life cycle, evolution platform time and type selection were studied based on the Theory of Invention Problem Solving (TRIZ), Laws of Technological System Evolution, Conflict Resolution Theory. And effects of TRIZ are applied to product platform evolution, product platform evolution method with operability and implementation is proposed. Finally, the feasibility of the method is verified by the example of combine harvester fan platform.
