英文摘要：

The research studied the interaction process of 28 3-person groups in computer-simulated task through process analysis technique and functional theory.The study developed the Multiple Group Process Coding system（MGPC）,including five main categories and ten sub-categories.The current study suggested the reliability and validity were good and the system could be an effective tool for analyzing the interaction process in the group task.
