英文摘要：

OBJECTIVE： Embryonic or stem cell transplantation has been applied to the rehabilitation of Parkinson disease, but there still have been no standardized method for the operation. Thereby, to analyze the clinical prognosis related factors so as to provide prospective basis for the standardization of the methods. DATA SOURCES： We computer-searched Medline for Parkinson disease and transplantation therapy related articles which were published from January1998 to January 2005 , with the key words of ＂Parkinson＇s disease, cell transplantation＂ in English. Meanwhile, we also computer-searched CHKD for Parkinson disease and transplantation therapy related articles which were published from January 2002 to January 2005, with the key words of above in Chinese. STUDY SELECTION： The articles were selected primarily, and those were related to Parkinson disease and tissue transplantation were adopted and their full-texts were searched for. Inclusive criteria： （1） Related to Parkinson disease. （2） Related to transplantation therapy. Exclusive criteria： repetitive, review or Meta analytical study. DATA EXTRACTION： Totally 37 articles met the criteria. Thirtyseven articles include clinical trials of 22 cases and randomized control trials of 8 cases （animals： 6 cases; clinical trial： 2 cases）. We enrolled 13 articles and discussed and analyzed the experimental methods and clinical prognosis. DATA SYSTHESIS： There are many methods in the treatment of Parkinson disease with tissue transplantation, including stem cell transplantation, embryonic tissue transplantation and so on. But the curative effects are different due to different parts of specimens and treating methods. We are in an attempt to analyze the relationship between transplantation result and concrete operations through combination of specimen choosing, specimen treating, transplantation site, transplantation method as well as investigation of skill details.
