为了更好地了解纳米粒子改变低温保护剂溶液性质的机制,并进一步利用纳米技术改进低温保存效果,本文介绍了纳米低温保护剂的兴起、发展历程;论述了在生物低温保存过程中加入纳米低温保护剂可以提高溶液的导热系数,改变流变学特性,增大黏度,降低过冷度以及改变玻璃化性质,归纳总结了纳米低温保护剂在低温生物中的应用以及未来的发展前景。
In order to have a better understanding of the mechanism of nanoparticles to change the properties ofcryoprotectants,and to further utilize nanotechnology to improve the effect of cryopreservation,the rise anddevelopment progress of nano-cryoprotectants was introduced.Nanoparticles could promote thermal conductivity,change rheological properties,increase the viscosity,reduce supercooling and alter vitrification properties in theprocess of cryopreservation.It summed up the application of nano-cryoprotectants in cryobiology and theforeground of cryopreservation.
