分别分析了建筑外壁面对流换热系数、长波辐射换热系数、蒸发换热系数的计算方法,给出了总换热系数简化经验算式.发现蒸发换热对总换热系数有明显地影响,壁面潮湿概率每增加10%,总换热系数约增大6 W/(m^2·K),我国目前统一推荐的外壁面换热系数为23 W/(m^2·K)相当于潮湿概率为0.1的潮湿表面的总换热系数,是干燥壁面总换热系数的2倍左右;迎风外壁面的总换热系数大于背风面,夏季外壁面总换热系数大于冬季.
Heat transfer coefficient of convection, long wave radiation and vaporizing at exterior surface are analyzed, and simplified algorithm for total heat transfer coefficient is provided. It shows that the total heat transfer coefficient can increase 6 W/(m^2·K) with water covering ratio increase every 10% at wet surface. The value of heat transfer coefficient at exterior surface in China, 23 W/(m^2·K) recommended, is corresponding to that at 10% surface water covering, and is double to that of dryness surface approximately. Total heat transfer coefficient at windward or in summer is bigger than that at leeward or in winter.
