提出了一种利用气体压缩实现机械压力机制动的一种新的制动方法,该制动方式不仅在机械压力机滑块上行的时候起制动作用,而且还可以在滑块下行的时候起平衡作用。设计出了双层制动平衡缸,分析了在滑块一个工作周期中制动平衡气缸的进排气顺序。搭建起了制动器的计算机控制系统,并且编制出了相应的控制软件。找出了控制制动系统的8个主要控制参数,经过在JH-23机械压力机上反复试验得到了控制滑块停止在上死点的最佳参数,从而证明了此种制动方式的可行性。
A new type of pneumatic compression brake system of mechanical press is put forward. This new brake system not holy has brake function in the slider dwon stroke but also has balance function in the slider up stroke. The double deck cylinder is desgined and worked out,the order of entering air and exhaust of the two deck cylinder is analyzed.The computer monitor and control system of pneumatic compression brake of mechanical press is set up ,and relevant control sofiwares are programmed. The eight main parameters of influencing brake result are point out,a set of optimal parameters is obtained after lots of trial and error on the JH-23 mechanical press. It proves that this brake way is feasible and has potential pratical engineering application.
