目的:比较扣子七、白三七中挥发油的化学成分含量。方法:分别采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取扣子七、白三七的挥发性成分,均采用GC-MS联用仪测定提取物,以峰面积归一化法测定各成分的相对含量。结果:从扣子七提取物中鉴定39种组分,占总峰面积的96.35%;从白三七提取物中鉴定41种组分,占总峰面积的97.17%。结论:两种药材共有成分在5%以上的有4种,分别为斯巴醇、棕榈酸、棕榈酸乙酯和亚油酸乙酯,该方法为扣子七和白三七的综合开发提供了参考依据。
Objective:To compare the volatile components between Panax japonicus C. A. Mey. Var. majior (Burkill)C. Y. Wu et K. M. Feng and Panax japonicus C. A. Mey. Methods. The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation and the components were identified by GC-MS, Area normalization method was used to determine the relative content of each constituent. Results: Thirty-nine components were identified in the extract of Panax japonicus C. A. Mey. Var. majior(Burkill)C. Y. Wu et K. M. Feng , representing 96.35 % of the total volatile components~ forty-one components were identified in the extract of Panax japonicus C. A. Mey , repre- senting 97.17% of the total volatile components. Conclusioll : Spathulenol, H exadecanoic acid, Ethyl palmitate and Linoleic acid ethyl ester are common compounds in Panax japonicus C. A. Mey. Var. majior(Burkill)C. Y. Wu et K. M. Feng and Panax japonicus C. A. Mey. It is helpful to provide reference data for Panax japonicus C. A. Mey. Var. majior(Burkill)C. Y. Wu et K. M. Feng and Panax japonicus C. A. Mey's comprehensive utilization.
