目的合成新型苯氧丙酸乙酯类化合物。方法以各种取代苯酚与取代苯基为母体,经Wllman合成法合成羟基二苯醚。然后在氮气保护下,液-固相转移催化合成6个苯氧丙酸乙酯类化合物。结果目标物的总收率在70%以上,结构均经^1HNMR、MS、IR、元素分析确证,其中4个化合物为新化合物。结论采用氮气保护法及相转移催化合成苯氧丙酸乙酯类化合物,可有效地提高反应速度和收率。
OBJECTIVE To synthesize new phenoxy carboxylic acid ester derivatives. METHODS With substituted phenols and phenyl halide as parent compounds, six phenoxy carboxylic acid ester derivatives have been designed and synthesized. RESULTS Structures of the derivatives have been confirmed by ^1HNMR, MS, IR and elemental analysis. Four among them were reported for the first time. CONCLUSION The method can enhance the rate of reaction and increase the yield of products.
