针对虚拟现实环境下,触力觉设备在进行三维自由曲线绘制时其导线物理连接影响绘制过程的问题,提出了一种基于立体视觉的三维自由曲线绘制方法。通过立体视觉技术以非接触的方式跟踪设计人员的空间绘制过程,将其转换为一系列离散的三维空间点,再通过B3样条拟合方法将离散的三维空间点拟合为三维曲线。实验结果表明,提出的方法能够直接捕捉设计人员的绘制意图,并快速将其转换为三维自由曲线。
This paper put forward a stereo vision based 3D free-form curve drawing method that greatly solve the conventional problem in the haptic-aided input device environment that user interaction is often hindered by connecting wires. Firstly,used stereo vision to track the drawing process of the designer and output a trajectory of 3D points. Secondly proposed B3 spline method of approaching curve to fit those 3D points. Experimental results show that the proposed method can capture the intention of the designer in an intuitive way and convert it into 3D curve rapidly.
