A novel coordination polymer Me6N4Co[Cd（SCN）4]（where Me6N4 is 5,7,7,12,14,14-Hexamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradeca-4,11-diene） was synthesized by hydrothermal methods.Then it was characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy.
