基于专业实验"对羟基苯甲酸乙酯的制备"运行中搭拆装置繁琐,实验连续性差,缺乏工程素质培养和学生实验积极性不高等缺点提出改进方案。实验改进装置由反应装置、回流管路和蒸馏管路组成。采用气体与液体分道通行的方式,解决了原有实验若放大试验会存在的"气堵"问题。通过调节T型三通接头实现回流管路与蒸馏管路间的转换,在一套装置内完成对羟基苯甲酸乙酯制备实验中回流和蒸馏两个单元操作,培养学生集约化设计设备的意识。改进后的实验操作简单、连续性好、节省时间。在学生工程素质培养方面进行了初步探讨。
The improvement is proposed in view of the shortcomings of "preparation of ethylparaben" in experiments.The shortcomings include the lack of continuity in experiment,students' lack of engineering quality training and enthusiasm.After improvement,the experiment becomes more simple and consistent.The problem of gas block-up was solved and centralized design was improved.The aim of this work is to make an attempt to cultivate students' engineering quality.
