采用荧光光谱滴定法研究了室温下水溶液中,葫芦脲[7](CB[7])对邻苯二胺的包结作用.在一定的浓度范围内,邻苯二胺与葫芦脲[7]作用后发现,体系的荧光强度随着葫芦脲[7]浓度的增大而增强,且荧光峰位有一定的红移.结果显示二者形成了1:1的包结配合物.该方法的线性范围是0.097-1.514μg.L-1,检出限为0.085μg.L-1.
In this paper the interaction between cucurbit[7]uril(CB7) and o-phenylenediamine(o-PDA) were investigated by the method of fluorescence spectrometry under the optimized condition.It was found that the fluorescence intensity of o-PDA regularly increased upon the addition of CB7.1:1 stoichiometry for the complexation was estabilished and their complex constant at room temperature(18.0 °C) was calculated by applying a deduced equation.Based on the results,the novel method for the determination of o-PDA was developed with a linear range of O. 097 - 1. 514μg·L^-1 and a detection of 0. 085μg·L^-1.
