为检测水中低浓度二溴海因(DBDMH),基于有效溴与2,2'-连氮-双(3-乙基苯并噻唑-6-磺酸)(ABTS)在pH=2条件下产生绿色稳定存在的ABTS.+自由基的原理,使用ABTS显色分光光度法在405 nm测定二溴海因中的有效溴。该方法在0.08~1.61 mg/L有效溴范围内线性良好,最低检测限为0.02 mg/L。二溴海因水解产生的氨氮对测定影响很小。
For determination of low level of dibromohydantoin(DBDMH) in water,2,2'-azobis(3-ethylbenzothiazole-6-sulfonaic acid)(ABTS) spectrophotometric method was used to detect available bromine in DBDMH under wavelength of 405 nm.The method is based on the reaction of available bromine with ABTS when pH is 2,which forms a stable green radical(ABTS·+).A good linear relationship with available bromine on range of 0.08~1.61 mg / L can be achieved,and the limit of detection is 0.02 mg / L.The effect of ammonia produced by the hydrolysis of DBDMH can be ignored.
