该文介绍了一步法负载纳米形态钯于泡沫镍电极,以此 Pd Ni复合电极为阴极进行电化学还原溴酸盐的试验。泡沫镍表面负载钯以后显著增强了电极的还原性,钯负载量存在最优值。在pH 为7.0、电流强度为5 mA、电极沉积液为5 mmol/ L的条件下制备的复合电极反应3 h对溴酸盐去除率可达90.7%。水中溴酸盐电还原的稳定产物是溴离子,且占绝大部分。pH为68的酸性条件有利于电还原。因此,电化学还原水中溴酸盐具有一定的可行性。
Palladium(Pd)-Loaded Ni foam electrode in nano-scale was prepared by one-step method in this paper. The prepared Pd-loaded Ni foam electrode was applied to electro-reduce bromate in aqueous solutions. The results show electro-reduction capacity of Ni foam electrode is enhanced by coating Pd. The loaded amount has an optimal value as to performance of bromate removal. When pH is 7. 0,I is 5 mA and electrodeposition liquid is 5 mmol/ L,the removal rate of bromate reaches 90. 7% after 3 hours’reduction. Bromide is the major stable final product of bromate and electro-reduction is favorable in acidic conditions (pH in 6 ~ 8). Therefore,it is feasible to remove bromate by electro-reduction.
