库尔勒香梨的果形是评定其品质等级的重要指标之一,也是提高其商品价值和优化包装设计的重要因素。为了克服香梨果形传统人工分类所存在的主观性强、偏差大和效率低的问题,采用纵横比(A,)和圆度比(R)分别对香梨纵截面和横截面的不同形状进行定量描述。结果表明:纵横比为1:1.12和1:1.29可实现香梨纵截面3种形状的精确分类,圆度比为1:1.10可实现香梨梨横截面2种形状精确分类;由纵横比1:1.29和圆度比1:1.10划分区域,可实现香梨标准果形和非标准果形的精细分类。
Fruit shape is one of the most important quality parameters for grading of Kola.r pears. It also is the key factor to increase market value of Kolar pears and optimize package structure. Traditional method for rating fruit shape depends on person, so the rating process runs very slowly and rating scores may be biased. Therefore aspect ratio (At) and roundeness ration (Rr) were used as non--dimensional parameters to analyze geometrical attributes of longitudinal and lateral cross sections of Kolar pears, respectively. Statistical results showed that aspect ratio lines 1 : 1.12 and 1 : 1.29 could be used as separating indicators to detect three shapes of longitudinal cross section of Kolar pears,and roundness ratio line 1 : 1.10 could classify two shapes of lateral cross section. Additionally, the roundness ratio lines in conjunction with aspect ratio line could form regions to separate standard shapes from non-standard shapes.
