Reverse channel selection and price decision for the closed loop supply chain with dominant retailer is studied. Optimal recovery rate, price decision and system profit are analyzed under centralized and three decentralized decision models. The main results show that under market structure with dominant retailer, the closed loop supply chain has lower selling price and higher recovery rate when the manufacturer selects the direct reverse channel. Manufacturer and retailer＇s profits and total channel profits are the highest, which is beneficial to customers and the society.
