针对高速走丝电火花线切割机床的断丝问题,在总结分析信号反馈式、机械触发式、电流通断式等断丝保护方法的工作原理与优缺点的基础上,提出了一种新颖的双导轮式断丝保护方法,设计了相应的断丝保护装置与控制电路,并采用ANSYS对悬臂梁上的电极丝进行振动仿真分析,确定断丝保护装置的最优安装位置。仿真与实验证明:设计的断丝保护装置能有效降低电极丝的磨损,使其受力均衡,振动减弱,运动更加平稳;设计的控制电路具有断丝误判率低、可靠性高的优点。
To solve this problem of wire broken in WEDM,a novel protection method for dual guide wheel was presented based on summarizing and analyzing the principles and characteristics of the methods of signal feedback,mechanical trigger,current on-off.The corresponding wire breaking protection device and control circuit were designed. Through the simulation of the electrode wire on the cantilever beam by ANSYS,the optimal installation position of the protection device was obtained. The simulation and experiment show that the design of the wire broken protection device can effectively reduce the wear of the electrode wire,so that the force can be balanced,the vibration is weakened and the movement is more stable. The designed control circuit has the advantages of low error rate and high reliability.
