目的：研究六味地黄丸（颗粒）对哮喘小鼠糖皮质激素受体（GR）mRNA的影响。方法：应用荧光定量聚合酶链反应（FQ-PCR）法检测哮喘小鼠肺组织内GRmRNA表达的相对量,比较正常对照组、哮喘模型组、用药组之间的GRmRNA表达差异。结果：与正常组比较,其余各组的GRmRNA表达明显降低（P〈0.05）;各用药组与哮喘模型组相比GRmRNA表达无明显差异。结论哮喘的发病可能在一定程度上与GRmRNA降低有关,六味地黄颗粒对哮喘小鼠GRmRNA没有明显的调节作用。

英文摘要：

Objective：To study the effect of Liuwei Dihuang Pills on the expression of gluco-corticoid receptor mRNA （GRmRNA）in asthmatic rats.Methods：To apply fluorescence quantitative PCR method to detect the relative amount of the expression of GRmRNA in asthmatic rats’lungs,and to compare the expression differences of GRmRNA in the normal control group,asthma model group,and drug groups.Results：Compared with normal control group,the GRmRNA ex-pressions in other groups were significantly lowing down（P0.05）;There was no significant difference in expression of GRmRNA between the drug groups and the asthma model group.Conclusion：The morbidity of asthma may associate with the down-regulation of GRmRNA in a certain extent Liuwei Dihuang Pills had no apparent regulatory function on GRmRNA in asthmatic rats.
