利用微生物脱硫可以将硫化矿表面的硫含量降低。通过金属硫化矿微生物脱硫摇瓶试验,考察了溶液pH、细菌接种量、矿浆浓度和初始Fe2+质量浓度对脱硫的影响,并对溶液电位(E)及脱硫率进行了回归分析。结果表明,溶液pH对脱硫影响最大,接种量影响最小。优化的微生物脱硫条件为:pH=1.5,矿浆浓度5%,初始Fe2+质量浓度0,细菌接种量10%。优化条件下,溶液电位(E)最大期望值为804mV,脱硫率最大期望值22.7%。
The content of sulfur in the sulfide ore can be decreased by microbial desulfurization.The effects of pH,inoculum concentration,pulp density and original Fe2+ concentration on desulfurization have been investigated by shake flask experiment.Regression analysis was used for solution potential and desulfurization degree.The results show that pH has the largest contribution to desulfurization.The optimization condition of microbial desulfurization were pH of 1.5,pulp density of 5%,original Fe2+ concentration of 0,inoculum concentration of 10%.At the conditions,the maximum expected value of solution potential was 804 mV,and desulfurization was 22.7%.
