印染废水是目前我国亟待有效处理的主要工业废水之一,其对环境造成的污染大大限制了该行业可持续、快速的发展。在诸多生物处理工艺中,厌氧反应器技术以其低能耗、高稳定去除有机物且可产生再生能源的特点和优势成为目前对印染废水进行有效处理的核心技术之一。文章论述了厌氧反应器技术在印染废水中的应用现状以及面临的主要问题,指出开发以高效厌氧反应器技术为核心的生物处理工艺是未来印染废水处理工艺研究的主要方向之一。
Compared with physico-chemical treatment methods,biological process has showed advantages in dyeing wastewater treatment,among others,the anaerobic has yet become the main process to be used owing to its lower power consumption,production of biogas that can be reclaimed,and high COD and BOD removal efficiencies with considerable stability.In this paper,problems in application of some high-rate anaerobic reactors are reviewed,highlighting their operational stability in coping with the inhibitive factors such as recalcitrate chemicals in the dyeing wastewater.An integrated process is suggested with high-rate anaerobic treatment in the core,combining pretreatment and SBR as aerobic treatment that follows the anaerobic reactor.
