Chloride intracellular channel 1 （ CLIC1 ） also called as nuclear chloride channel-27 （ NCC27 ）owns critical physiological functions. The abnormal expression of CLIC1 has been reported to cause varieties of diseases, especially the tumors. The recent researches have revealed that CLIC1 are tightly involved in the tumorogenesis, development and treatment.
