目的:观察天麻成分对羟基苯甲醛的抗炎作用,并探讨其作用机制。方法:采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀方法及棉球植入致小鼠肉芽肿模型考察对羟基苯甲醛的抗炎作用,采用足跖注射花生四烯酸或角叉菜胶致大鼠足爪肿胀模型探讨对羟基苯甲醛的抗炎作用特点。结果:对羟基苯甲醛对二甲苯诱导的小鼠耳廓炎症反应及棉球植入导致的小鼠肉芽肿形成具有显著的抑制作用,对足跖注射花生四烯酸所致大鼠足爪肿胀模型有抑制作用,平均抑制率可达到31.7%,但对注射角叉菜胶引起的大鼠足爪肿胀无明显作用。结论:天麻酚性成分对羟基苯甲醛具有显著的抗炎作用,对炎症急性时相及慢性增殖时相均有抑制作用,其抗炎机制与抑制花生四烯酸代谢的5-脂氧合酶途径有关。
Objective To study the anti- inflammation of p- Hydroxybenzaldehyde( PHBA) from Gastrodia elata Blume.Method The mice models of ear swelling and cotton ball granuloma were established to observe the effects of PHBA on ear swelling,the granuloma weight. Rat model of paw- swelling induced by arachidonic acid( AA) or carrageenan were used to investigate the anti-inflammatory characteristic of PHBA. Result PHBA could significantly reduce the xylene induced ear swelling in mice. It also decreased granuloma weight and water content in mice. PHBA could significantly reduce paw swelling degree induced by AA but not by carrageenan. Conclusion The results suggest that PHBA has strong anti- inflammation effect. It could suppress not only the acute or chronic nonspecific inflammation reaction but also specific inflammation of AA induced rat paw- swelling and LPS- induced microglia activation,which might be closely related to inhibit the 5- LO enzymes in AA metabolism pathway.
