基于广东、浙江、广西、安徽4省(区)的农户调查数据,运用DEA-Tobit模型两步法分析农户林地流转对不同树种生产效率的影响。结果发现,从平均水平看,农户林业生产的综合技术效率、纯技术效率和规模效率分别为0.2961、0.5061和0.5083。且流转户在这3个方面的水平均高于非流转户,但不明显;从分树种来看,单个树种在这3个方面的提高程度也并不明显,且林地流转与否对这3个方面的影响并不都是正向显著的。因此,农户林地流转未必能显著提高林业生产效率,政策鼓励需要针对不同树种生产特征差异进行匹配。
Based on the survey data of farmer households in Zhejiang, Guangxi, Anhui, Guangdong provinces, the impact of farmers' forest land transfer on the production of various species was analyzed using the DEA- Tobit model. The result showed: The comprehensive technical efficiency (TE), pure technical efficiency (PTE) and scale efficiency (SE) of forest production by farmer households were on average 0. 296 1,0. 506 1 and 0. 508 3 respectively, and the households transferring their forest land had slightly higher scores in the three aspects compared to the ones that did not transfer the land. Individual species did not show a obvious increase in the three aspects either. And the effect of forest land transfer or not on the 3 aspects was not all positively significant. Therefore, the farmers' transfer of their forest land could not necessarily improve the efficiency of forest production greatly, and policy incentives need to be developed for the differences in the production of different tree species.
