基于随机前沿生产函数可将全要素生产率增长分解为技术变化、技术效率变化、规模效率变化和配置效率变化,四个部分。利用中国27个省份2001—2014年的数据进行估计,确定随机前沿生产函数的具体形式,在此基础上测算营林业全要素生产的增长率,再根据其分解函数,进一步测算各分解变量的水平值。结果表明:从各地区TFP增长的平均水平看,最高为2013年的0.2837;规模效率与配置效率的变动是阻碍营林业全要素生产率增长的主要因素,年均降低程度分别为28.69%和17.23%;技术进步具有促进作用,年均贡献达到了41.57%。
Based on the stochastic frontier production function,the total factor productivity growth could be decomposed four parts including technological change,change of technical efficiency,change of allocation efficiency and change of scale efficiency. The stochastic frontier production function was estimated by using statistical data of 27 provinces in China from 2001 to 2014. The concrete form of the stochastic frontier production function was determined through above estimation. And then,the total factor productivity growth about Timber Industry was measured and decomposed. The levels of each decomposition variable also were measured. The result show,the average level of TFP growth in the region was 0. 2837 in 2013. Changes of scale efficiency and changes of allocation efficiency were the obstacles to the total factor productivity growth and annual contribution of-28. 69%and-17. 23% respectively. Technological change had a promoting effect on the total factor productivity growth with an average annual contribution of 41. 57%. Comparison between horizontal and vertical variation coefficients,the differences of TFP growth and its decomposition variables were obvious.
