在水相中采用葡萄糖化学氧化法合成了碳量子点,利用γ‐缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(K H560)对碳量子点表面进行修饰,通过表面接枝法将槲皮素接枝在碳量子点表面,制备出了碳量子点/槲皮素复合物,并用IR、T EM、荧光分析对碳量子点和复合物进行表征。选取金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌作为实验菌种,采用药敏片法对制得的产品进行了抑菌性能测试。结果表明,该方法制得的碳量子点粒径均匀,分散性好。在紫外灯的照射下,碳量子点与碳量子点/槲皮素复合物分别呈现出明亮的蓝色和绿色荧光。复合物对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌均有明显的抑菌作用,且明显强于槲皮素。
Carbon quantum dots (CDs) is obtained by chemical oxidation of glucose in aqueous solution . The composites of C‐KH560‐Quercetin is prepared by grafting quercetin with CDs via KH560 . The products are characterized by IR ,PL and TEM ,which confirm that the quercetin is grafted on the surface of KH560 modified CDs . The C‐KH560‐Quercetin composites demonstrate excellent antibacterial abilities against the Gram‐positive S . aurous and Gram‐negative E . coli in vitro .
