以五水硫酸铜、葡萄糖为原料,多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)为载体,在70℃水浴条件下制备出了Cu2O/MWCNTs微纳米粉体.通过对亚甲基蓝染料(MB,C16H18N3S·Cl·3H2O)的降解,研究了Cu2O/MWCNTs光催化降解染料的能力;采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了Cu2O/MWCNTs的表面形貌结构;采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)证实了纯化前后MWCNTs的组成;采用XRD,EDX和XPS对Cu2O/MWCNTs的晶型及成分进行了分析.结果表明:制备出的Cu2O/MWCNTs复合物形貌稳定,对染料具有很好的光催化效果.
Using Copper sulfate pentahydrate and glucose as raw materials, multiwalled carbon nanotube(MWCNTs) as the carrier, Cu2O/MWCNTs micor-nanopowers were successfully prepared by water bath heating at 70℃. The photocatalytie degradation properties of Cu2O/MWCNTs micronanopowers were studied through taking methylene blue (MB, C16 H18 N3 S · Cl · 3H2O) as organic pollutant model. The structural morphology of the Cu2O/MWCNTs micro-nanopowers was characterized by SEM. The composition of MWCNTs and crystal structure of this compound were analyzed by FT-IR spectra and XRD, EDX, XPS. The experimental results indicated that Cu2O/MWCNTs compound possessed stable morphology and good photoeatalytic degradation properties on dye.
