In this article, we investigate the sufficient and necessary conditions for the asymptotic stability of linear fractional neutral delay differential systems. In order to verify our theoretical results, the Hermite cubic spline collocation method for solving fractional neutral delay differential systems is studied in this paper. Some numerical examples verify our results.
