供应商网络粘性是供应商网络成员间关系密切程度的重要衡量尺度,是关系嵌入和结构嵌入两方面特征的综合构念.首先通过文献研究确立该构念的分析框架,在对相关企业走访座谈与问卷调查的基础上,应用探索性因子分析方法对供应商网络粘性的维度结构进行研究,得出维度结构由可替代性、关系价值、适应、网络联结、惯性和结构洞等六个维度构成,并实证检验了该构念和各个维度的信度.
The supplier network stickiness is an important measure of the degree of closeness between manufacturer and its supplier network,which is a comprehensive construct,composed of relation and structure embeddedness.This paper firstly establishes the analytical framework through the literature review,then,applies the exploratory factor analysis method to investigate the dimension structure of the supplier network stickiness based on the discussion and questionnaire survey of the relevant enterprises,and draws the conclusion that the structure is composed by six dimensions including replaceability,relationship value,adaption,network connection,inertia and structure hole,finally,tests the reliability of the construct and its each dimension using an empirical data.
