Integrated support index of public participation is presented to express the public supportable degrees to support a construction project. Public participation is divided into four grades： most support, more support, basic support and basic disagree. Case studies show that calculating results of integrated support index of public participation are basically consistent with the decision-making results of the environmental managements. Integrated support index of public participation can become the decision-making gist for environmental management.
