职业性氟接触人群血氟、尿氟水平及相关因素研究

目的探讨职业性氟接触人群血氟、尿氟水平与工种、年龄、工龄、吸烟、饮酒等相关因素的关系。方法选择某铝厂氟接触工人212人和当地集镇居民50人为研究对象,调查和测定空气氟、血氟、尿氟及研究对象的工种、年龄、工龄、吸烟、饮酒等相关因素。结果电解车间和铝杆车间空气中氟浓度分别为(2.31±1.01)mg/m3和(0.26±0.10)mg/m3,明显高于厂办公室和集镇[(0.16±0.10)mg/m3,(0.10±0.05)mg/m3](P〈0.05,P〈0.01)。电解车间工人血氟和尿氟分别为(0.32±0.06)mg/L、(7.96±8.41)mg/L,铝杆车间工人血氟和尿氟分别为(0.30±0.07)mg/L、(4.39±5.21)mg/L,明显高于后勤组[(0.19±0.04)mg/L,(2.69±2.01)mg/L]和集镇组[(0.16±0.03)mg/L,(2.19±1.02)mg/L)](P〈0.01)。高年龄组血氟和尿氟(0.32±0.08)mg/L、(5.10±4.01)mg/L,明显高于低年龄组[(0.29±0.05)mg/L,(4.27±4.92)mg/L](P〈0.05);高工龄组工人血氟和尿氟(0.36±0.07)mg/L、(6.01±7.05)mg/L,亦明显高于中工龄组[(0.30±0.06)mg/L,(4.24±5.13)mg/L]和低工龄组[(0.30±0.06)mg/L,(3.22±4.32)mg/L](P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。经常吸烟组和偶尔吸烟组血氟(0.32±0.04)mg/L、(0.31±0.06)mg/L,明显高于不吸烟组[(0.19±0.05)mg/L](P〈0.05);经常吸烟组尿氟(5.73±4.92)mg/L,明显高于偶尔吸烟组和不吸烟组[(4.81±4.86)mg/L,(4.33±3.96)mg/L](P〈0.05或P〈0.01);偶尔吸烟组尿氟(4.81±4.86)mg/L,明显高于不吸烟组[(4.33±3.96)mg/L](P〈0.05)。各饮酒组之间血氟、尿氟比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论年龄、工龄、工种、吸烟等是血氟、尿氟水平的重要影响因素。

英文摘要:

Objective To explore the relationship between fluoride exposure levels(blood fluorine and urine fluorine) and correlation factors(type of job,age,working year,smoking and drinking habits etc.)in the population exposed to fluoride occupationally.Methods 212 workers exposed to fluoride occupationally in an aluminum plant were selected as the study objects,50 residents near the plant were chosen as controls.Levels of fluorine in air,serum and urine were detected,meanwhile,the type of job,age,working year,smoking and drinking habit were investigated.Results The results showed that the fluorine concentrations in the air of electrolysis shop and aluminum pole shop were significantly higher than those in plant office and market town(P0.05 or P0.01).The fluorine levels in blood and urine of the workers in the electrolysis shop and the aluminum pole shop were significantly higher than those of rear service workers and local residents(P0.01);the fluorine levels in blood and urine of the elder workers were significantly higher than those of the younger workers(P0.05 or P0.01);the fluorine levels in blood and urine of the senior workers were higher significantly than those of the workers with middle working years or short working years(P0.05 or P0.01);additionally,the fluorine levels in blood of regular smokers and occasional smokers were significantly higher than those of the nonsmokers(P0.05),the urine fluorine levels of regular smokers were significantly higher than those of the occasional smokers or nonsmokers(P0.05 or P0.01),the urine fluorine levels of occasional smokers were significantly higher than those of the nonsmokers.While there was no significant difference of fluorine levels in blood and urine among the workers with various drinking habits(P0.05).Conclusions Type of job,age,working years and smoking habit are the main impact factors that closely correlated with fluorine levels in blood and urine of workers.
