目的:观察二冬汤对糖尿病前期的胰腺β细胞功能的影响。方法选择60例糖尿病前期患者作为观察对象,试验前进行葡萄糖耐量试验( OGTT),检测项目包括血糖、C肽,并计算出β细胞功能角。给予二冬汤,每日1剂,连续口服2个月。试验结束时重复进行OGTT试验和上述检测项目,并计算出β细胞功能角。结果糖尿病前期治疗前空腹血糖(FPG)(6.83±0.25)mmol/L,C肽(4.17±0.09) ng/mL,餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)(10.31±1.44)mmol/L,C肽(12.55±2.71) ng/mL;治疗后FPG(5.88±0.63)mmol/L,C肽(5.16±0.27) ng/mL,治疗后2 hPG(8.02±1.52) mmol/L,C肽(23.48±4.39) ng/mL。治疗前后FPG、C肽比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗前后餐后2 hPG、C肽比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗前β细胞功能角为23°±1.35°,治疗后为58°±1.97°,治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二冬汤可以改善糖尿病前期患者胰岛功能,从而有效治疗糖尿病前期病变。
Objective To investigate the effect of Erdong decoction on pancreaticβ-cell function in predia-betes patients .Methods 60 cases with prediabetic state were selected as object of observation .Before the experi-ment,the person were checked up OGTT ,test item include blood glucose ,serum C-peptide,and calculate the angle of beta cell function.After that,60 cases with prediabetic state take Erdong decoction once a day for two months .And they were repeated OGTT .Insulin sensibility was measured by improved insulin sensitivity index .Function of pancre-atic beta cell was expressed by the included angle of beta cell function .Results Prediabetic state fasting blood -glucose and serum C-peptide were 6.83 ±0.25 mmol/L and 4.17 ±0.09 ng/mL;2-hour postprandial blood glu-cose and serum C-peptide were 10.31 ±1.44 mmol/L and 12.55 ±2.71 ng/mL.After treatment prediabetic State fasting blood-glucose and serum C -peptide were 5.88 ±0.63 mmol/L and 5.16 ±0.27 ng/mL;2-hour postpran-dial blood glucose and serum C -peptide were 8.02 ±1.52 mmol/L and 23.48 ±4.39 ng/mL.Before and after treatment fasting glucose,C-peptide comparison was statistically significant ( P 〈0.05),before and after treatment 2h plasma glucose,C-peptide,the difference was significant ( P 〈0.01).Experimental group before and after treat-ment in included angle of beta cell function were 23°±1.35°and 58°±1.97°.There was a significant difference be-tween before and after treatment (P〈0.01).Conclusion Erdong decoction can effectively treat precancerous le-sions of diabetic by improving islet function in patients with pre -diabetes .
