Based on the existing investment mechanism of water conservancy projects in rural areas in China,and by comparing the investment result,management mechanism,investment scale and capital structure with those of the southwestern rural areas in China,the paper analyzes the problems of the existing investment mechanism;besides,the paper discusses the construction of a national finance oriented mechanism with diversified social investment,and the countermeasures and realization methods of risk bearing mechanism of rural water conservancy projects.
