Xiaoping Zhou was born in 1977. He received the B.S. degree from the School of Communication and Information Engineering, Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications in 2006. He is a Ph.D. candidate in Shanghai University. His main research interest is broadband wireless communications. E-mail: zxp_ncdx @ yahoo.com.cn Corresponding author.Yong Fang was born in 1964. He is a Ph.D., Ph.D. student supervisor and professor in Shanghai University. His research interests are blind signal processing, communication signal processing, and adaptive information system.
