微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)是在真核生物中发现的一类内源性非编码RNA,其长度为21~25个核苷酸大小。miRNA在基因表达调控中发挥了重要作用。miRNA不仅在白血病中存在明显的表达失调,而且与白血病的诊断和预后有关。本文着重综述了白血病中急性髓系白血病(AML),急性淋巴细胞性白血病(ALL)和慢性淋巴细胞性白血病(CLL)相关的miRNA的研究新进展。
Aim:MicroRNAs(miRNAs) are small,endogenous,nonprotein-coding RNAs of 21~25 nucleotides that play a key role in gene expression control.Extensive miRNA deregulation has been observed in leukemia and miRNA studies indicated its role in the diagnosis and prognosis of leukemia.This review focuses on recent researches on the important roles of microRNAs in leukemia,including acute myeloid leukemia(AML),acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL) and chronic lymphocytic leukemia(CLL).
