在分析现有非匀速间歇机构的基础上,提出了一种基于非圆一不完全非圆齿轮传动的非匀速间歇机构。介绍了该机构的工作原理和运动学特性,建立了该机构的运动学模型,开发了该非匀速间歇机构的计算机辅助分析软件,通过人机交互方式得出一组满足间歇机构传动的结构参数。基于该参数,进行了三维建模和虚拟仿真。该非匀速间歇机构已成功地运用于穴盘苗取苗机构的样机上,从而验证了该非匀速间歇机构理论模型的正确性和可行性。
A new type of non--uniform and intermittent mechanism with non--circular gear and incomplete non--circular gear was designed on the basis of the analysis of recent advances. Working principles and structural feature of the mechanism were introduced, and the kinematics model was es- tablished. The software of computer--aided analysis for this non--uniform and intermittent mecha- nism was developed. By human--computer conversation, structural parameters were obtained, which can meet the demands of driving. Based on these parameters, 3D model and simulation analysis of this non--uniform and intermittent mechanism were completed. This mechanism was used successfully in plug seedling pick--up mechanism, thus the feasibility of the theoretical model was verified.
